Ico Parisi Faux Leather Armchairs for MIM, Original Label

Wonderful pair of leatherette armchairs designed by Ico Parisi for the fine Italian manufacturer MIM in the 1950s. A metal label from MIM Roma is present where the seat is. The structure of the armchairs is totally made of fine dark wood, very elegant. There are 4 supporting legs, narrow and rectangular in shape, but very sturdy, to ensure a safe as well as comfortable seat. The two back legs are slightly more inclined. with a special feature at the top of the leg. The seat is made of camel-colored leatherette, very beautiful and elegant. There is a very elegant stitching present. The backrest is identical, made in the same way. Its special feature is in the armrests: they are curved on the wooden frame, very beautiful. The armchairs are ideal for furnishing studies or important areas.
