Luigi Scremin Vintage Bar Cabinet in Wood and Copper
Beautiful and unique bar vintage cabinet in wood, leather and copper made by Luigi Scremin in 1948. The cabinet is signed by Luigi Scremin with an engraving on the leather at the top. Unique specimen for Scremin's showrooms.
The shape is rigid and is that of a rectangle. The front shows a figure carved in copper in relief, it looks like a commander, equipped with helmet and uniform. The interior is made entirely of copper and houses a door objects also carved in copper.
The upper part is upholstered in white leather while the sides are made of precious polished wood.

The single door covered in embossed copper and signed on the lower left by Primo Bidischini (1907-1981) is similar to the large works by the same artist present in the games room and the First Class lounges of the ship designed by Anna Costa from a project by Nino Zoncada (Domus, in September 1948, 228, page 52).

The bar cabinet by Luigi Scremin is in original and good vintage condition, showing slight wear consistent with time and use. The only flaw is the lock that given the vintage cabinet does not work.
