Vintage Art Deco Coffee Table in Walnut Burl and Opaline Glass

This solid vintage coffee table is a beautiful example of art deco. It’s of fine Italian manufacture and the design is attributed to Osvaldo Borsani. As you can see the table is made in prestigious walnut burl, a material typical of art deco. Typical of this movement are also the lines of this coffee table: rigorous line, but with curves that can almost be defined as sharp. The top consists of an elegant sheet of dark opaline glass resting on the wood structure. Four legs link the top to a smaller wooden circle in the bottom. From the legs 4 rectangular wooden feet elevate the structure a few centimetre from the ground
